Victor Mohedano
Víctor Mohedano (b. 1956) is a Mexican visual artist who is known primarily for his brightly-colored figurative paintings.
Artist Statement
Every person reflects the surrounding reality, starting from his knowledge, education, and sensibility. I mead his culture, and his interpretation of that reality will always be linked to his heap of experience. The same happens with an artist. An artist cannot be detached from the culture that watched him grow. in my case, as a Mexican, the plastic ideas arising to me always come hand by hand with my country´s own memory and sensibility.
